CEDAT Institute is a Drug & Smoke Free Zone. We live as a community that believes in expanding each others horizons and the Word of God as our Food for the Soul. We are Each Others Keeper.

Every Tuesday from 03pm till 05pm is set aside for Christian Union Meetings for all staff and students in the Campus.

The student fraternity runs the CU under the patronage of the Institute’s Manager.

In conjunction with local churches around Thika District CU activities include>

MONTHLY SPORTS CHALLENGE DAY

At CEDAT, we belief that a health society is a growing society. At the end of the day, where there is work there has to be play.
Our staff and students participate in Volleyball, Badminton, Pool Table Games, Darts, Scrabble, and Salsa Dancing.

During the monthly sports challenge day, Competitions can be internal or external. Internally there can be departmentally, individual teams and/or staff Vs Students. Externally the Institute plays against invited guests like other colleges, church youth groups, children homes, corporate organizations and Thika Estate teams.

Participants all get Certificates of Participation among other tokens for the winners like cash prices. T-Shirts, Caps and Tuition/Hostels Fee Rebates.
